Gentle Excercise Club
This is a class, which is a gentle, low impact, keep fit class. It is helpful for those who are less mobile or have less energy than they used to have, but still want to work on improving their mobility and well being.
Music helps us find a rhythm as we begin with a warm up and stretches. Once warmed up we spend a few minutes having fun with country style dance moves, as directed by our Tutor, Jennie Hever, before ending with some excellent chair exercises or yoga type exercises on a mat. (Your choice).
